Angry Broadband problem and BT

Hi can any one help me I don't know what to do

I cancelled my broadband but still have a marker on my line so I cant install a new broadband my ex isp say I need to contact Bt to remove marker phoned bt they say bt wholesale won't deal with me only my isp the isp need to contact them im in a catch 22 for 2 weeks ive been on the phone to my isp and bt
bt and my isp pass the buck

Have you tried your new ISP, can they suggest anything.

Who is your old ISP. Threaten them with ofcom. BT wholesale have no realationship to the residential end user so they are unlikely to be able to help.

You should of got a MAC from your existing supplier, which then gives your new supplier permission to take it over, unfortunately you being held by your old supplier, not sure how long it takes to "go through the system" but i would assume it has a timeout on it from BTs end
