I have not yet received a bill that was correct! Every month I dread the bill coming because I know it is more hassle for me as I have to ring them up and get the bill corrected.
Most of the time now, it is a non Direct Debit charge, which shows next to the previous month's Direct Debit payment!!!
I have rung the Customer Concern Department so many times, I now have a personal account manager!!!
I am seriously considering changing to Sky!
