Re: my website
Not another piczo site Do yourself a favour and steer clear of them and set yourself a proper site up if you want to. Piczo sites are a well known hang out for idiots, kiddies, chavs and paedos.

Re: my website
The only comments I would say are, watch yourself, using copyright materials might land you in trouble, i.e. Star Wars theme, Eric Cartmen
And the animated glitter menu

No one really cares about that unless the site is big and has a easy to track down owner with a lot of cash.

My recommendation if you're starting out with websites:
Tools: Notepad, Filezilla
Resources:
http://www.w3schools.com/html/default.asp
http://www.w3schools.com/css/default.asp
Get some webspace or use your free space if you have it.
Learn HTML and CSS in that order, then use Notepad to build a basic page.
Once you have something to test, upload it to some webspace using Filezilla.
Making websites using templates or pre-packaged garbage like piczo will never help you learn how to build your own.
