With torrents the more I upload the slower the download but if you reduce the upload (in uTorrent's options) it caps the download. What is the best settings to get the fastet speeds for download (i'm on 1mb)
I don't have any issue helping seed the file just that its takeing forever to get it myself.
well on 1mb ( which im on )
i have capped the upload to 12kb ( it doesnt ever go tht high for me neway )
i dont have any limits on download,
my downloads still go fast,
by the way im not sure what your trying to get out
