Exclamation broadband plus

ntl server doesn't recognize my mac address of the shinny new samsung stb and wont let me on to the service any body else with the same problem and solution

I had the same problem, when i upgraded to 10meg last dec, NTL had not added my mac address to thier server and until they do in your case neither will you.

thanks for the advice mike, spoke to tech support but it's "off shore" and they did understand why mt mac address had to added to the server
