Recommend a Friend problem
Hi,
Anyone have an email address to contact NTL as they are fobbing me off and telling me to call customer services when I use the 'Contact Us' form?
Back in December time, I recommended two accounts to sign up with NTL. They both called into sales and gave my account number. Around May time, I felt I had waited long enough for my 2x £30 credits to be applied so called customer services. I was told I had to speak to sales who said they emailed the two account numbers I gave them to another department. One credit has been applied and I'm getting no where with customer services to get the 2nd credit applied.
This leaves me with bad feeling towards the company as I have got them business and in return they offer me £30 credit, however, they are not upholding their part of the deal.
I'd like to contact someone a bit higher up as I have no confidence in the customer services people dealing with the phone calls.
Anyone able to give me an email address I can use rather than using the 'contact us' form?
Many thanks,
Mike.

It could be, but unless I missed something, I didn't see anything on the leaflet I received saying it was one credit per account.

Re: Recommend a Friend problem
Many thanks to everyone for their input.
I'd like to especially thank Russ from this forum for his help and also Richard from the executive office. Russ, if Richard doesn't read these forums, please pass on my thanks to him.
As requested in your letter, I consider this matter closed.
Again, much thanks.
