no BB again
Yet again, have gone 2 days without any service from NTl...
STB - Flashing but working
Modem - RDY light flashing nothing working, and has been like this since Monday Morning, and is becoming a joke.
I am really glad now that i have cancelled but didnt expect to lose my service 14 days before being disconnected, the only reason i have got online is because i have now signed up with Tiscali and the Modem arrived today so i am up and running, and the modem is now unplugged!!!
Considering i am paying upto disconnection date, the service shouldnt change should it????
As i said the Modem is now disconnected and on a shelf waiting to be joined by the STB, when that goes down(roll on sky), all that will then be needed os for NTL to collect them, whenever htey want, as long as it is on my terms....not theres, as i am not wasting time off work just for them
