VOD in northampton
Last night I sat back to watch Dr Who in VOD, as I always seem to miss it live on Saturday. But every 3 minites of watching the box completely freezes, goes back to TV or displays the code VAPP110 and stops. Then I have to select it again and fast forward to where I was last and see how far I get which was 17 mins. I have check my cables etc, powere the box off, cleaned the card and power it back up but it still has problems. I also note that when I select DR Who I get an option saying watch, watch from start and cancel, I assume the watch will continue from where I was last but no it does not.
I tried to ring CS but it was just gone 8pm so they where shut, I can only watch a TV prog on VOD for 24hours after I start so tonight when I get home it will problably stop me watching it, if and when I contact CS can they sort that out aswell?
BTW this is using a Pace box.
