Hi there
IS002 is usually cleared by checking your cables and switching the box off completely at the mains (no lights on front) for 5 minutes and switching it back on again. I know these sound like common sense checks but they are easily underestimated and can fix the problem in the majority of cases. If that doesnt solve it, then it will save you lots of time (and money) when you call Faults.
If you need to call faults, please have this information handy:
* have you ever been able to access interactive / on demand since installation?
* can you access interactive? if not, what is the error code that is displayed on your TV Screen?
You can call Faults on 0845 454 0000 Option 3 and they will look into the issue further.
f you call them tomorrow (Sunday) they will refer it over to their second line dept and you will get a call back within 48 hours.
If you phone on Monday, the agent will contact their second line department directly and advise you of the next course of action (they may need to send a tech out to you).
