Got Upgrade, 2.5mbit Download Speed?

I read that the Glasgow area had the upgrade, but I didn't have it. So I reset the modem, and the upgrade seems to have gone through. Problem is I'm not getting the full speed on anything I try. It seems to be hitting a steady 300kbps when maxxed out. The upload speed is also increased.

I'm in the Glasgow/Renfrew area, and I'm using the SB3100. I read somewhere this modem would be good enough for 4mbit, but maybe this is the problem?

1st 512K took 1672 ms = 306.2 KB/sec, approx 2523 Kbps, 2.46 Mbps
2nd 512K took 1797 ms = 284.9 KB/sec, approx 2348 Kbps, 2.29 Mbps
3rd 512K took 1688 ms = 303.3 KB/sec, approx 2499 Kbps, 2.44 Mbps
4th 512K took 1672 ms = 306.2 KB/sec, approx 2523 Kbps, 2.46 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 2473 Kbps, 2.41 Mbps
