Big Game TV

Well reading the article on CF's home page about ntl removing them from the line up makes me wonder if the police are investigating any more of these Quiz shows.

I know some are legit but I have my doubts about others.

Some do seem to be so blatant in the way they are run..I sit open mouthed as what are absolutely simple and obvious answers are rejected and several hours later there are still no correct answers that have been answered.Makes one wonder just how fair the quiz setters are and if the ordinary punter has any chance of winning anything of value? It must backfire after a while though..who would still keep ringing up if it's apparent that it's fixed?

Re: Big Game TV

I was watching the ITV one the other night and it was a word that went with black and they were getting answers like widow etc but that wasn't there any way I got bored and turned over but kept flicking back to see what the last answers were and after about 2 1/2 hours they gave a clue for one of them and it turned out to be black tongue!!

I think it is wrong that they charge 60p per time even if you don't get through and I bet a lot of people have there phones cut off because they run up large phone bills!

Re: Big Game TV

Big Game TV and the fact that it is under police investigation should bring the death of all the other premium rate quiz channels (and I hope it does) - they all use the same format, routines and cash prizes might differ.

I do not think for one minute that Big Game TV, is the only quiz tv format to work under such deceptive practices. (Allegedly!)
