Problems in North West London
My internet has been dead for about 30 minutes, but it's back up, just wanted to know if anyone else was having issues?

were u using firefox? as i think that could explain it...
edit: i am also from the north west of london, and i was sleeping [12-12.30am i assume it was down], so i cant comment on that...
also... i have had major spikes with my ntl connection when it was 1mb... peak download was 47.07MB/s, and peak upload 21.41 MB/s , so it happens

They do have problems like NTL, my friend is on BT 2 weeks ago he was having problems where he'd be getting disconnected from the net constantly, yesterday that problem started again ... all ISPs have problems.

Re: Problems in North West London
My connection has been dead since 13:00. Before that it was really slow. Pages like ebay wouldn't load properly.
i'm on 10mb and live in Queen's park. I noticed that on the modem, the light below 'Send' hasn't been flashing. could it be an upload issue with NTL?
i've had NTL for about 4 weeks and am not happy at all with the service. Most of the time I don't get even close to 4Mb/s. Why the hell do they sell 10mb broadband service if they can't deliver it?
i'm seriously thinking to cancell it tomorrow and return to BT. I never had an issue with my 2MB broadband with AOL.
