tesco use ntl caches?

we have a mod on one of the forums i admin that shows someones real IP and their proxy ip so that in the case of NTL proxies we don't got and ban a whole area when we get a troublesome user.

however i just noticed this..

The Real IP Address is: xx.xx.xx.xxx
client-xx-xx-xx-xxx.winn.adsl.tesco.net
The Proxy Server IP Address is: 62.253.96.44
winn-cache-3.server.ntli.net

so is the mod we have installed in vbulletin screwed or do tesco use ntls network/proxies.

Tesco & Virgin use NTL's network, so I guess that would extend to the proxies ?
