Re: ntl bills?

If your bill is the same each month, you won't receive a bill after three months of them being the same.

Are you able to use the online service to see your bills? I'm not but most other people seem to be able too.

I'm assuming their collecting the money from your bank account ? If not you might be in for a huge bill when they find out!

Think this needs to be moved to the Billing section then you might get more response.

Re: ntl bills?

It sounds like they have charged you £10 to change your package.

If this is correct then they are stealing money from you as it is not in their terms & conditions etc. I belive they will introducing this fee from june or so people seem to say!

(I belive they have to give you 30 days notice before they can increase or add charges to your services)

Give them a call and ask what the £10 is for, if they say it is a charge for changing your package ask for it to be refunded and if they refuse go to your local CAB office who will advise you of your options.

Finally take them to court!
(I know I would)

please climb down off your high horse, the £10 difference could well be the difference between the 2mg and 10mg, lets see what the poster says first when he/she has spoken to ntl

You don't suppose that could be because you upgraded to a faster & more expensive broadband package do you?

How can you say that you upgraded your BB, got charged £10.00 extra, but then say you have no idea why you got charged.....?
