Angry Telewest overcharge

Hi guys

I need some help, I have been over charged by Telewest and when ever i ask them to look into it they dont seem to care. I have explaind to them the exact issue, provided them dates for when they have taken money from my account. I asked them to explain why they have charged almost twice what i should have paid for a period of 3 months, but dont really get an answer.

Frustrated i have asked for the contats details for ter ADR compnay, but they wont provide them.

What can i do?

Re: Telewest overcharge

Have you asked to speak to a manager/supervisor as this often helps

Re: Telewest overcharge

To be honest mate i got sick of calling them. But read up on things on the ofcom website. Asked Telepest if i could have the contact details for their alternate dispute resolution agency.

that seems to haveworked, but only going to believe it when i see it. I got a reply form them admitting im in credit for over £50. I've asked them to clarify exaclty how the creidt will be issued to me. Atleast got an e-mail frm them to prove im in credit.
