Emails from MSN

Anyone having trouble receiving emails from MSN? I recently formatted and tried to log in to MSN Messenger again, and it gave me an error that my password was wrong. So I went to reset it, and never got an email come through with instructions. I've reset it now at least 20 times since Saturday and still got nothing through. I've used their customer support, got no response, and now I've created a new dummy ntlworld account to set up MSN Messenger, and I never got a confirmation email for that either.

I can receive all other emails fine...

Re: Emails from MSN

Yes, when we upgraded to 7.5 there was a problem, but it was with logging on and chatting. Used to be 3 of us able to chat under separate IDs on MSN but now only the person who did the upgrade can log on. Ironically getting E-mails is about the only thing we can still do but to get to them we have to reset our passwords every single time otherwise it just comes back saying it doesn't recognise our passwords.
We tried uninstalling and returning to the old 7.0 format but it wouldn't let us do this.
Recently I tried upgrading to the new 8.0 but this was an even bigger disaster. It just wouldn't work at all. Fortunately it did allow us to uninstall this time and return to 7.5 where at least one of us can chat!!

Yes, I've got the same problem. I can't receive any emails from MSN on my ntl account. I logged a call with MSN help using a different email address (not NTL). I got an answer from them through the non NTL account, giving me an alternative method of verify the new MSN account.

I would suggest logging a email with MSN helpdesk. But you'll need to use an alternative email account (do you have a work account you could use?)

I think the underlying problem is once again that NTL's anti-spam measures as described here: http://www.ntlworld.com/helpsupport/spam/missingemails.php are stopping wanted emails.
