Re: Controllers?

Having only owned the original and the S controller, out of the two my preference is the S type. I found the large original controller a pain to use, literally!!, the new improved (reduced) s type is much more user friendly.

Re: Controllers?

I'm gonna get a new s controller soon, although you have to like the fat controller just for the fact you can use the s controller and give your friends the fat controllers so you have the unfair advantage (although I don't mind the fat controllers).

Re: Controllers?

S is the best, I think. Perfect size & shape.

The original one isn't too bad, but is a bit too big.

I usually find 3rd party controllers (& memory cards, & leads, & so on) to be complete crap...although i haven't tried the Logitech controllers, so don't know what they're like.

MadKatz are normally high quallity. I have one of their MicroCon controls and it works well.
Gamester (i think lol) are good for their memory cards as well.
Dont know about any others.

Re: Controllers?

Depends on the game. I prefer fat-boy for games where I have to get to the white or black buttons quickly and frequently like GRIT. Most sports games I prefer the S-controller.

Re: Controllers?

Since I started to use the S-Controllers I've never looked back, I liked the bit fat ones but I feel the S-Controller is a better all rounder with precision.

Once you've got used to the white n black buttons in the different positions then I think its great.

I also have a special editon Orange Xbox Live S-Controller from MS which is my favorite :p
