Hi All

I lost mi job about a month ago and i aint piad mi bill

i need to know what info i can ask of an ntl call centre peep

i.e name (full) AND call centre local

i want to sort this out and i know how bad they can be with putting notes on etc

If you have a sacm, you are knackered, they only want DD, but they do payment cards for stb connections
