Do ntl advertise over the phone?
Was told that ntl phoned earlier but possibly could have been a recorded message as it says you can put the phone down if you wish, they just put the phone down.

Would ntl phone saying this?

If you are with NTL they have started recently advertising with recorded messages as far as I can tell, I've only had 1 call so far.
