Webmail broken

I've just set up a new email address but I can't access it via webmail.
Is webmail broke?

Finally got it working. Is there a delay between setting up & using it?

Very likely. They're a big company with a big database to maintain; it would be quite unusual if changes were to be made instantaneously. Not that I use ntl's email service anyway...
