The box is generaly slow when browsing channels and tends to freeze for a few seconds every now and then.

Re: WTF!

A lot of this happening at the moment. There is clearly a problem with the mini guide's data.

At about 8pm the other day on BBC1, I was getting mini guide info for BBC Breakfast. Yours is a more extreme example. I hope that stuff doesn't come up during kids's programmes, otherwise ntl will find themselves in hot water with the the regulator.

Re: WTF!

All I can say is both my boxes have been doing strange things and it all seems to have started just after we got VOD and has done what yours is doing now. It normally sorts it's self out, a pain I know

Re: WTF!

Agree, all happened after vod was switched on.

Getting mini guide date for CH5 now, except I'm on BBC1. ntl should just switch the mini guide off as its clearly not working.

Re: WTF!

I'm seeing a similar thing today, plus most of the channels are off-air. Could be my STB, it's been going gradually more senile over the past six months.

Re: WTF!

i was seeing something similar last night, although it wasn't a case of other channels data being shown, more just the last channel viewed being shown, eg if i put bbc1 on it'd show bbc1's data but if i changed to certain other channels (eg itv1/2/3 were wrong) it'd show bbc1's data still. changing to bbc2 then itv1 would show bbc2's data etc. at a guess i'd say it lost the epg data and didnt know it and was showing the last it recieved (ie the last working channels data)
