no guide/browsing on tv

no guide/browsing on tv

Can anyone here shed any light on this problem as CS have given us the usual bs of disconnect and wait replug and reboot to sort it! And you guessed it it didn't work! Have sent them an email and await their answer! but in the mean time any suggestions?

no! only when we access the guide we don't get anything! when we access the browser we get the next prog nothing more!

Same here in Cambridge - sometimes works, sometimes as you describe.
