Ntl Only works for one pc???

Hi
I preiviosly had ntl bradband comming from a STB to my linksys router(cloning the old internet pc MAC) and sharing amongst my home network.
Well ever since the day we upgraded to a new STB (samsung) the only device i can get to establish a conection is my origional pc directly to the STB.

So my router will not work
and no other pcs directley conected will not work
Tried power cycles and tech support are telling me i have no problem as it does work on ONE pc.

At first i thought the router was bust but then when i could not get the mac register screen on any other pc i was stummped, but what is realy confusing me is that using MAC clone on my router is not working either.

Any help greatley apreciated (trying to sleep with the pc on cos my brother is a CS:S addict )

ollie

Re: Ntl Only works for one pc???

Thanks for the speedy reply, i have tried that guide before, being a bit more specific:
it seems the only device that will recive a ip addres from ntl is the nework card in my pc not the onboard NIC, not the usb NIC that i waqs origionaly given, not the router(even MAC cloned) or any other pc/NIC i an find, it is extreeeemly frustrating that they refuse to provide me help as i do have it working, but not how i want.

EDIT: to go through the Register Nic procedure prvided in the link above: will my nic show an assigned ntl ip address?

in fact I am pretty sure that the answer to your problem will be found somewhere on Robins site. If not I'm sure someone more savvy than myself will be along to help
