Jumping for joy.....NOT!

I'm not jumping but ITV is, I've rebooted 3 times & checked all the cables but it's still playing silly beggars.

Basically the picture seems to be freezing every few seconds & when it gets really bad the signal looks like it's breaking up altogether, made watching the film last night close to impossible, any ideas what could be causing it?

Re: Jumping for joy.....NOT!

Bad signal levels could cause it, ring CS and report it, could well require an engineer visit.

Re: Jumping for joy.....NOT!

I live just round the corner from the home of Big Brother & Eastenders in Borehamwood Herts, is there a service status page for the tv service anywhere?

Re: Jumping for joy.....NOT!

Not that I'm aware of for customers to access, and theres nothing currently listed internally so as Paul suggested your best bet is to get onto Cust services.
