value broadband?

anyone heard of value broadband? can't find it on the web, spose to be â‚ ¬15 per month. any info would be appreciated.

p.s. am new to this forum so hope that am in an appropriate thread.

Value Broadband? I've heard of most ISPs, but never heard of them. Seeing as though you're pricing in Euros, I'm getting this is an Irish ISP?

apologies, it is an ntl product and yes in ireland.
