Hi a friend on mine from Finland plays MoH on a uk server but his pings are high 150 to 200 this is his trace route.I thought maybe using a proxy would help so I found him a Dutch proxy that didnt help (I have limited knowledge on this) any Ideas?
I thought latency/pings were decided where the physical server is located... For example, I'd rather play on a UK server with a ping of 40 than a Bangladesh server with a ping of 320...

yes but he is ac clan member of a euro clan whos server is uk based.The trace shows his probs start with being routed through telewest.I thought proxies could help but it didnt like I say my knowledge on this is negligable
