Symantecstore.com

Hi There,

I've got a really wierd problem. At home I cannot access www.symantecstore.com (I want to renew my anti virus and part of the process is accessing this URL).

Now at work it's fine.. I can access it.

I thought it was my Pc but no. I tried my laptop also and the same problem.

Anyone else have the issue?

Re: Symantecstore.com

Tried Clearing the Cache.

I haven't tried an alternative Proxy.

I'm on 2MB and I could probably test going through a seperate proxy if you think it would help.

The question is. Whats up with the proxy on NTL.

many threads on here you can search at your leisure, about that

- more about proxies

http://homepage.ntlworld.com/robin.d...trancache.html

Sometimes just setting one in the cluster you are usually proxied through, as 'explicit', is enough to sort the problem, otherwise choose one from another cluster nearby.

<edit> if you use Firefox, I can recommend the 'switch proxy tool' extension
