can I check the NTL cable TV service
Hi all

Is there a link where I can check the NTL cable TV serviceââ‚à ‚¬Ã‚¦..I can only find one on the NTL site in relation to internet net.

We live in the SN3 area and our TV has been down ALL Dayââ‚ ¬Ãƒâ€šÃ‚¦the missus phoned around mid day and the automated response said they knew there was a problem in our area and were dealing with itâ₠¬Ãƒâ€šÃ‚¦ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢à ¢â‚¬Å¡Ã‚Â¬Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â¦ÃƒÆ Ã‚Â¢ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ã‚Â¬Ãƒâ šÃ‚Â¦ÃƒÆ’Ã‚Â¢ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬ ¡Ã‚¬Ã‚¦Ã¢ € ¦..but from 7.30 this morning †¦come on.

This fault is showing as cleared now, may have to ring again if still having problems

Can I ask what link you used to check the service?

marge works for ntl so I would guess she checked an internal system.

yes i've had to be stuck on hold before ages... Its about the only time the speakerphone function on the phone gets used

It's trying to download the software from the broadcast, but doesn't seem to be able to save it, which sounds like a problem with the memory in the box. At least you've got a nice quick engineer appointment!
