VOD content updating

VOD content updating

Last night we decided to watch "Waking the Dead" from the "Pick of the Week" section in VOD. We've done this for the last few weeks, as you can watch both parts of the program back to back.

We watched the first part, and went back to the menu to watch the second, but it wouldn't play. It told us to call a number and report an error code. I power cycled the box, and when it came back, the program had vanished from the menu!

Is there any way that the progam might be added back? There is a section for the series, but it totally empty.

Also, could the Guide be updated in future so that you can tell when is the last chance to view?
