Angry Disconnection Fees

Hello every one!!!!! I'm new!!
Anyone know the disconnection fees for Telewest TV (or for Blueyonder aswell) or is it free??
I'm really fed up with Telewest and want to get rid of them completely.
I would be grateful if anyone could let me know because the website is hopeless and I can't find anything about it.
Thank You
Katy
EDIT:Sorry being new I only just noticed I've put it in the wrong thread
Sorry!!!!

Re: Disconnection Fees

If you havren't fullfilled your 12 month contract, I'm pretty sure you'll have to pay for the remaining months of service

Hello nn012 and vOid,
I would just like to change to other providers because I think they are too expensive and you don't get your money's worth with them.
And to vOid I have been with them ever since Telewest brought out the digital service.
Would be very grateful if you could let me know the fees if you know them!!!!
Thank you katy

Re: Disconnection Fees

If you have completed at least a 12 month contract with them then you should be able to cancel for free at any time. But weigh in the prices of other providers before you do.
