NTL Cache Problem

I use NTL to connect to the internet at home and in order to view my website (www.meggidoband.co.uk) I have to switch to a different NTL proxy server/cache. On the default settings IE doesn't connect to the site, which suggests some of NTL's caches are either broken or just don't have my site on. As this has affected a lot of people on NTL and I can't expect everyone to work out that they need to redirect through a proxy, is there anything that I can do apart from badger NTL about it? I have tried and tried but they don't really seem to be helping.

Re: NTL Cache Problem

Hi,

Please raise a Responstek form from this site (http://www.cableforum.co.uk/board/ntl.php)

The cache issue is well known and affects a lot of sites, you need to report the site you cannot reach to NTL

cheers

Re: NTL Cache Problem

Thanks Ian. How/where do I report the problem to NTL? God knows I've tried but it all revolves around customer 'service' whcih is no good.

Re: NTL Cache Problem

You have to use that form to report that your site doesn't work, you intimated that you had already contacted them and it hadn't helped, this form should get you an answer.
