E4 Freezing?

I have been having this problem for weeks, but keep forgetting to post it. I usually notice it on Wednesday night when I watch Lost. It doesn't happen all the time, but every now and then it starts to freeze and jump. Only seems to happen on E4 and E4+1

Anyone else having this problem?

Re: E4 Freezing?

If a channel is persistently freezing, even if it's only one or two channels in isolation, there could well be an issue with your signal. If somethign goes wrong with my ntl digital TV, inevitably it will be the E4 channel that sufferes the worst. It's probably the frequency of the channel making it the most vulnerable.

You'll need to call faults so they can check the signal levels.

Re: E4 Freezing?

Make sure all screw-on connections at the back of the set-top are tight.
Also move any cordless phone handsets, base units, or wireless routers away from the STB.
