Was NTL customer years ago.. how to remove old website?

Hi,

I had a broadband account with NTL but cancelled it in 2003 when I moved house. I mistakenly assumed that my webspace would be deleted along with my account. This proved not to be the case, but I have only just realised my old site's still live.

This is causing me some problems, not least the fact that there's stuff on there about a friend of mines (then 'hobby') music which has been taken up by a label, and they don't like the extra content being available (which I agree with).

Anyhow, could anyone suggest the best way of me having the site taken down (involving the least amount of time stuck in the NTL phone system vortex)?

Is 0800 052 2000 the way to go? I'll try this tomorrow, but if anyone has any other suggestions that'd be great.

Ta,
Andy C

Re: Was NTL customer years ago.. how to remove old website?

Thanks guys,

One phone call (albeit to a guy who kept asking for account numbers and the like, after being repeatedly told I no longer had anything like that) and the site was removed.

Ta for all your offers of assistance,

Andy
