Channels rearranging themselves?

Does anyone else have this problem?

It only used to happen once every 3/4 months, but lately it's doing it about once a week

We'll get up in the morning, put the TV on and all our channels have been shuffeled into seeminly random positions, so we then have to manually move each one back to where we want it, but then a week later, again, they get reshuffeled

NTl say there's nothing they can do about it

gah

Re: Channels rearranging themselves?

It happened to me for the first time last week so I just reset it at the default and it put them in to some sort of order

Re: Channels rearranging themselves?

i believe its a bug in the STB software. Apparently it has been fixed in the next release. If the monitor it you will find that its always the same channels and the longer that you leave it without resorting them more and more channels will get out of sequence.

I have a pace stb and have the same problem, but this has definitely become more of a problem in recent months and like you am finding this is happening on a weekly basis. I also suffer with freezing channels a lot more, requiring a reboot of the stb far more frequently
