Smile MTV Hits gone missing

Hi, I've got the base pack free with the package thing and I had MTV Hits but now it says I've not subscribed to it. Was I not supposed to have it or something? I don't mind too much because it's not a channel I can't live without, and the TV service is free anyway.

Re: MTV Hits gone missing

MTV hits may have been the guest channel.... although i'm not sure. This would seem the most logical explanation to me though.

Re: MTV Hits gone missing

It was an extended freeview by the channel. It usually resides in the Family Pack and has gone back there.

Cheers
Sam

Ok thanks. There's not any more channels that'll do that are there?
