Channel Not Available

I have a problem with my digital TV which only seems to happen on Sundays.

Some of the channels come up with an error which say l am not- subscribed to the channel and I need to call customer services.

The missingchannels are:
UKG2
Paramount
Bravo
SciFi
Hallmark
UKTV Drama
LivingTV+1
UKTV style
UKTV style+1
uktv Food
UKTV Documentary
uktv People
Discovery (all)
Animal Planet
History channel
National Geographic
Adventure One
CNN
Trouble
JetiX
Nick Replay
Nickelodeon

The other channels are there.

Using a Samsung box but used to get black screen on these channels sometimes on the old Pace as well.

Can anyone help advise me if this is a common problem?

Customer Services say I should monitor it for a few weeks and if needs be they will send out an engineer.

I can't understand why it only happens on a sunday lol

It's all back up again with no need to reset. It's a real pain if you're in the middle of watching a film or whatever. No, I can't see why it only seems to affect Sunday. My wife regularly watches some of these channels during the week without problems. She keeps nagging me to get Sky instead but I'm pretty loyal to ntl. Hopefully customer services will help get to the bottom of it.
