Sky announces 2,000 jobs at risk at its customer service centres

Sky, the owner of Sky News, has announced 2,000 jobs at its customer service centres are at risk.

The company said its proposals, including the closure of three UK sites, would affect 7% of its overall workforce and were currently subject to consultation.

Unless you want to add something (or renew) its impossible to change anything online.
If you want to cancel something, you have to ring them. Last time I did that (Feb 2024) I had to wait before anyone answered.
