Finally can get cf on pc
For 2 years cf has been blocked by Kaspersky as has there own site if replying to an e mail from them ! My granddaughter's friend sorted it out in 2 minutes !!!! . Not sure what she was talking about something , to do with setting on Firefox for hpps or something like that. Guess the more savvy will be able to tell all

Have you tried creating a new profile in Firefox? Your current profile could be corrupted.
In the address bar type 'about:profiles' without the quote marks and press create new profile. Follow the steps on screen and once created see if your issue is still present.
