200M 2 CTMS available?

Hi,

This is a strange one. I noticed this last week as well so its not a one off occurance.

My internet went down and it returned with a new ip. new CMTS (with 16 channels instead of the 12 I had) . I then restarted my modem later (must have been an hour or so after the change). I then went back to my old ip and old cmts.

This too happened last week which I thought was just resegmentation at the time as I went from old to new then new to old etc a few times.

Old CMTS: 70:81:05...
New CMS: 0c:11:67....

So my question is, has VM set something up load balancing with 2 ubrs or is it just a freak occurrance?

edit: Might be the occurrance of reseg work as it just gone down again and theres a 'improving service' message on the faults line.

Happened to me last month went from 12 to 20 channels and from Bath6 to Bath7.

Because bath6 doesn't exist anymore and is an old bsr. Bath7 is the new e6000

I assumed so since there was that one site that showed all the pings for the numbers don't remember the name.
