Error 319

So at the moment, virtually all Sky OD-HD content, be it films or sport, doesn't work with Error 319..this has been the case for at least a couple of weeks now.

The service status page just says "You might find that you are getting various error codes when trying to use your on demand or catch up service at the moment" which seems so vague as to cover almost any fault. I've called faults-CS and got loosely told that fault-ref xyz is due for resolution in a weeks time.

It seems that Sky-OD-HD off the Aztec headend is feeling rather sick...

Re: Error 319

Like many others, i've always found VM VOD to be hit & miss.

I tend to use my Smart TV now whenever I can as it's much faster too.

Re: Error 319

It's been like this for months with various items but particularly Sky channels now.
I reported issues as far back as September when the Paralympics were on. I kept getting 319 but by the time the conveniently looked into the items I had reported they were now greater than 7 days old so had been removed from the On Demand anyway.

Since then it has grown and was even a fault when I checked my system status would be under tv you may see some items with error 319 and we are working on this etc.
Had a suggested fix of a Friday, this then got pushed to a Monday. This then got removed completely even though it is clearly not fixed and Virgin are publishing a fault id on the forums.
Stop trying to brush it under the carpet as I would think more of you if you were up front and honest and left it in the fault area of the status page.

Re: Error 319

I'm getting this too. According to the VM site, this is a known issue and "an engineer is fixing it" and should be "fixed" by 17/11/2016
