Question RX power SH1 setting

have been having some trouble over the last 3 months,with web pages loading on my computer, Im on a 50mb using ehanet cable to connect my 2 computers, I sometimed drop to 6mb download for over 4hr at a time (maybe maintenance) issue,please can someone tell me if this RX is right.

Those power levels are within tolerance so shouldn't be causing the problem you describe.

If the slowdown happens during peak times the it's most likely congestion.
