Re: Superhub Connection down-time.

The Upstream on the first set of data was way out. Only 1 channel was locked and the one that did was way over at 58.0 dBmV.

The stats below that look normal.

I had a similar episode the other day. Could be either a random burst of noise on the line, a VM tech conducting maintenance on a cab, or the cab got a bit hot, making the line go a bit funny, the Superhub could have had a funny turn etc.

Keep an eye on things, once the line is stabilised, reboot the Superhub once more (I have had times where after line hiccups the Superhub would be very slow until a reboot). If things don't stabilise, it may be worth posting on the VM forum or ringing 150.

Of course, before that have you checked VM service status to check for any local faults?

Re: Superhub Connection down-time.

chances are they were doing some sort of maintenance or upgrades which is why you had the outage. Your downstream and upstream power levels are pretty much perfect now.
