Am I paying too much for Phone/Internet?

I have 100mb broadband and XL Phone package. It comes to £41 total including line rental but it includes a £9 'loyalty discount' which expires in a couple of months. Otherwise it's looking like £50 a month! Am I being screwed over?

If you phone up and renegotiate due to loyallty bonus ending, you should get a better deal, they will be keen to give you an 18 month contract. I actually reduced my price and got a TiVo instead of V+

Actually i would say royally!

BT offered me Fibre (70+Mb) and phone with a free install for about £28. Not sure what the price is of the call packages they have but i'd be surprised if it came to £50.

Yeah I just want to make sure when I ring them I have a good idea of what I should be paying. Retentions offered me the £9 'loyalty' bonus but that seems to have brought me down to just over the price I would get as a new customer!

I would say kinda.

Currently on a modest saving of £6pm loyalty discount making my Big Kahuna bundle of XL TV, 152mb Internet and M Phone (Have unlimited calls on mobile so no need for anything other than backup line for emergencies) for £60pm all in.
