Thumbs up instalation

hiya, joined forum a few weeks back, glad i did,
anyway, my pal got virgin tv put in last year, hes housebound, so he was told via the guy who signed him up, that the install was free, and i would get 50 notes for referral, his first bill included instal at £44.95....., well let me tell you, i got intouch with the guy who done paperwork, kept promising to sort it, as he was only in office on Thursdays, then after about 3 month, he said it was sorted, and credit would appear on next bill, like hell it did...., so we tried phoning 150, no help whatsoever, they gave us numerous email addresses to contact people, to no avail, long story short, found this site, someone had the ceo's email address, got in touch with them, bang, sorted within 5 days, 50 notes for me, and 44.95 for him, so would just like to thank the members on here, you are all stars.
