Re: RF signal

The modulator will set the RF channel number.

Re: RF signal

I'm using this modulator with the VM HD box. There's buttons on the top to set the RF channel and it is shown on a small display.

I'm using the SCART output of the VM box as it is always PAL compatable, even when the main HDMI output of the box is full HD. This feeds the HDD DVD recorder and then the SCART output of that feeds the box so that DVDs and HDD recordings can also be seen over the RF link in other rooms.

DVD recorder feeds main TV via component (RGB, progressive) video and audio leads.

BTW Welcome to the forum.

Re: RF signal

A good RF channel number to try using with a modulator is ch 38, as it is currently not used in most locations. If you get interference then try others by changing the modulator output & then retuning the TV. Make sure when you retune that you search for analogue channels & not digital (DVB-T).
