Re: New To Tivo?
This a couple of years old now (and the interface has changed slightly), but seems to cover a good few things (based on a quick skim through).

Ignore the naysayers; Tivo is a great PVR.

I fully concur PB, it may be a little slow, but it is streaks ahead of the Sky box!

Re: New To Tivo?
Thanks for the replies, i must say this Tivo is so far ahead of the Sky equivalent.
I can't fault it even, when you skim through the adverts in a recording,
usually you go past the start of the program but when you press play it
automatically goes back a few seconds so it hits the start of the program.
So many other things are so good, although when installing , the engineer
had 2 duff boxes so 3rd one was lucky.

Re: New To Tivo?
Glad your enjoying the Tivo I must admit we like it, the only issue I have is the remote sometimes does not work.
