Wrist support
I have injured my right wrist (shhh!)
Anywho for the last 3 days I have been using tubigrip and whilst this helps some it isn't up to snuff.
Been looking for a good right hand support that'll take a bit of abuse, do not need support for carpal tunnel but I do spend my day lifting.
Dont want pay a kings ransom as this may end up being an ongoing problem that may require more than 1 to see me through till healed.

If you don't mind paying a bit then I'd recommend this.
When I had awful ITBS pain during the summer I used their knee support and it instantly dealt with the pain and allowed me to get in runs of 4 to 5 miles.

I have just wrapped in bandage in the past. Cheap and effective.

alferret, I had the same problem when l got bit by a dog, and it effected my left wrist. I saw the GP who sent me for an exray.
The hospital told me to put ice on it several times a day and take co codamol and put a tight support bandage on it.
It took a week for me, but it was bloddy painful. According to the Dr. it was wear swelling in the wrist's and the nerves clam together.

No problem - going one better, the private physio I sometimes attend gets the majority of his supplies from there

This is impact damage Arthur not a dog bite, but thanks for the advice, also co-codamol isn't overly compatible with the tramadol I take for back pain!

No offence but in my experience cheap is exactly that, cheap.
Where health comes in to it I would rather pay for a well designed, tested item than a generic one that could do more damage than good.
