What time of the month is it best to get a good deal from retentions
I dont think it makes a difference to be honest. It depends on if you are in a position to really negotiate or if its a give me a deal or i leave sort of situation.

Depends if there on bonuses or not
if they are then depends on when their bonus month starts and ends it they've hit their targets or not so at a guess last few days of the working month.
