heard this from my mate
heard this from my mate that BT sports is coming to virgin for£12 a month he did not if it would be in the XL or VIP package

I phoned virgin and the guy spoke to said that Thay are still in talks with BT about putting BT sports in the XL package that would be great as I have sky sports so lots more football for me

Beautiful thing is no one knows for sure. Yes it's probably not going to go in XL as BT seem skyesque in their *******ly ways but whilst no one knows for sure we shouldn't say it as fact.

don't forget espn charged sky customers separate aswell, while we had it in xl so i wouldn't rule it out just yet

The only difference to previous years is that BT have got a far better deal with the premier league than any of the previous companies ever had with their first pick weekends. Lets be honest, ESPN/Setanta picked up the dregs most weeks.
I think it will be a stand alone sub but we will have to wait and see I guess

Phoned virgin today the guy said they have got the channels is up to virgin to disced to put them in the XL package I said to him they should do that as more people will take the package or put in the VIP package and more people would go for the VIP package as it is a great package having BT sports in that package would make it abetter deal
I should work for virgin media

Wrong, it's not up to virgin what package they put them in, if BT say we want it standalone, then it's standalone.

Wrong, Virgin pay however much BT are asking and then decide on how to price or package it, they could put it in M+ but that would be stupid cause they would make a massive loss
