want to reduce bill

Ok this is my current bill. I want to reduce it to around £50 or less. I'm not bothered about films/sport and I could reduce the B/B to 30mb. My problem is I can't actually cancel the whole thing as I took out a Tivo, which I only use for recording V+ style, and I am still on contract.
Also I'll probably lose the loyalty bonus. Any suggestions about approaching virgin re keeping tv xl and anytime phone, lowering B/B and at the same time getting a good deal??

Re: want to reduce bill

Retentions, very helpful. Especially if you got a loyalty discount from them. Be polite and explain you need to cut costs and you may end up with a good deal. Worth a try.

Re: want to reduce bill

Is there a different number for retentions. There used to be an option of " If you're thinking of leaving us press ?" but that's not there anymore.

150, option 5, option 3. Unless it's changed since I called in February.

Just been through the menus myself, and it is right, they have just changed the wording of it. Option 5 is moving house, go through and it is press 1 for moving and keeping services, press 2 if you are moving and want to cancel, press 3 if you are leaving for any other reason.

Re: want to reduce bill

Well the link worked and virtually got through straight away.
Basically I'm now on the Essentials package with 2 recording boxes and xl tv for £57.
Not brilliant but a lot cheaper than I was on.
The new customer offers are always much better than existing customers but I wanted to keep virgin B/B and I would need to get a phone line connected up if going elsewhere so it saves the bother.
